BS5609 Certified for Durable Labels

The F502 has been tested and certified to produce BS 5609-compliant and GHS (Globally Harmonized System) labels, which helps keep chemical manufacturers in compliance with packaging and transportation requirements. This testing evaluates the permanence of the print through abrasion and submersion in salt water for a period of 90 days.

The F502 is perfect for chemical drum label applications, and for those looking to replace their legacy pin-fed systems.

Built for Industrial Use

The heavy-duty construction of the F502 color label printer includes an all-steel industrial cover, with a window for print bed visibility and status monitoring. It also includes improved sensors which allow for greater compatibility with specialty media, such as reflective metallic material. In addition to the standard roll-fed model, the F502 is also available in a roll-compatible version (L502) with the same build quality and basic feature set.

Improvements extend to the F502 Color Label Printer toolbox, allowing for increased control, including ‘Pause’ and ‘Cut’ functions. Firmware upgrades can also now be more easily performed.

Printer Plus Solution extends a 30-day Return/Exchange Policy for select products purchased directly from Printer Plus Solution.

Products purchased from Printer Plus Solution may be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is "Defective Out of the Box" and is produced in the original box with all original packing materials, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, and all accessories enclosed in that carton and packing slip properly packed. Brother reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of the original materials are missing.

All items must be returned within the applicable return policy period.

In addition, items not eligible for return include opened software, tampered or altered products, or items not meeting any return or exchange requirements outlined in this policy. Defective software may only be exchanged for the same thing.

Exchange or Return Process: To initiate the return or exchange process; you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Any merchandise returned without a corresponding RA Number will not be eligible for exchange or return. Please return the merchandise by a traceable method such as UPS or US Postal Service with a Return Receipt within 30 days from issuance. We recommend tracking your return with your carrier of choice when making your return to ensure we have received your package.

Credits and Refunds: Please allow up to 30 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once your return is processed, your refund will typically process back to your credit card within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds usually process within seven business days but can take up to 30 business days.

This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, process your return, and the time it may take your bank to process our refund request.
